Prayer: Father, I ask forgiveness for the negative words I have spoken about myself. Help me to transform my habits, and love myself as you love me. Amen.

Prayer: Father, my heart is broken but you are near. Please rescue me from this dark cloud of despair, because you delight in me. Amen.
